Onyanko Club member #42. Maki was another product of the Onyanko Club and along with Shizuka Kudo and Akiko Ikuina (who were also from the Onyanko Club), formed Ushirogami Hikaretai. After the break-up of UH in 1988, Maki couldn't gain the solo popularity of her former teammates and following the release of the mildly successful single "Yaritai Hodai" (rockin' song by the way - get it!), Maki chose the path of retirement.
