Consisting of Yoshida Aki, Inobe Hiroko and Imai Sachiko, this three piece outfit landed right in the middle of the Ribbon/Cotton/Coco/Lip's/Rakutenshi wars but managed to come out with their own little following. Qlair were popular enough to be part of the super idol festival known as Otomejuku Matsuri. They had a top ten hit with the cute song "Hitomi Ippai no Natsu."
