Nagai Mariko

Mariko enjoyed being a small pop rock star, but even though she had a top forty hit with "Fight!", she couldn't attain the commercial success that alluded her. Her break came in the early 90s with the advent to the retro 70s trend. Her closest rivals in this sub-genre were Mami Yamase and the group Mi-Ke. Last time I checked, she had a hit song called "Chu chu". And that was quite some time ago...
