Onyanko Club member #40. Former Onyanko Club member and one third of Ushirogami Hikaretai along with team mates Shizuka Kudo and Makiko Saito, Akiko went solo with "Mugiwara de Dance" and quickly followed it "Virgin" and "Japanese Girl", all great songs. As with many multi-talented idols, she also worked in numerous TV shows. Her simple beauty and uneasy smile gained her a small but loyal following. You could usually find her on some TV game show or another as a celebrity judge or participant.
