Hayasaka Yoshie

Can't get much cuter than this (Ok, ok! Nori-P! I know!). Yoshie debuted with the theme song to the hit animated TV show Ranma Nibunnoichi, "Zettai! Part 2". She followed it with the less successful but equally cute song "Hallelujah!". Her career went into a tailspin after she got tabloid headlines linking her with Seiko Matsuda's husband.
